Mammoth Lakes (Part Two)

So I’m back, sorry for the inconsistent posting! Our swim team started something called F.A.T. Camp, which is a week of three hour practices. ( Fat stands for something but I don’t remember what.) For the first half hour we run, jump rope,  and lift heavy balls also known by us as medicine balls, I don’t know why, because it’s after you lift them that you need some painkillers. Then for the remaining time we swim an increasingly hard practice. Oh, and school started yesterday too! I like school, but half of my math homework problems, the author didn’t go over how to do in the lesson!  Besides that I haven’t started any other subjects yet. If you wanted to know, I’ve started Advanced Mathematics, that is what my book is called. It’s pre-calculus and trigonometry. Anyway, on to Mammoth!

We had lots of movie watching in the evening! We mostly watched an old TV show called The A-Team! I love it! Mission Impossible was also watched once I think, which is another favorite. After we got back from the longest hike, I felt like the whole day had already passed and that it was the evening. It was two o’clock. I changed back into clothes and watched Cartoon Network for a while then I think I read. I just wanted to eat dinner and go to bed! Oh, and these, for some unknown reason, are in reverse order of when they happened, so if you need to see them in order scroll to the bottom first then go up!

    Hey there! 🙂
Thank you for all your sweet comments on my blog, finding beauty.

About your question, no, I don’t live in Phoenix… I actually live in the mountains about 5 hours away from there. And you’re going to be visiting {or moving to??} AZ? WOW! 🙂 Have fun! It isn’t extremely beautiful in my opinion, but it does have some beautiful aspects and scenery. 🙂

    Much love,
    Mikailah

Hello, Mikailah! Thanks for commenting. I’ll just be visiting, but I’ll be about an hour away from Phoenix in probably the other direction!

Wonderful pic of your Mammoth vacation. I take it you did not swim in the lake this time. Loved the animal, critter, etc. pics.
Being in Arizona you will be able to relax from the torture camp.
I can walk! It feels very strange, doesn’t hurt but the boot feels funny. I’m taking it slow in getting use to using the foot again. Have to use the boot for the next 3 wks. and still soak it 2X/day, then we will see what the good dr. says. Have Fun and a great weekend.
    Love you, gagu
