I’m currently blogging, but by the time you read this I probably won’t be. Today is a Sunday, but I keep thinking that today is a Monday. Which means I’ve freaked out three times now about being late to the pool deck and I just checked for the mail!
We have started feeding two of the lizards in our backyard meal worms, out of our hands! We’ve also given them names: one is Todd, named after a character in a book, and the other one is named, Emilio Lizardo, who he’s named after, I can’t imagine! ( My dad named him! ) Speaking of him, he’s sitting right by the door, right now, perched on a shoe, staring at me! What a little piggy! I just fed him four worms!!!
J.J. has grown so much that I think he’s going to need a new hiding hole thing! The running joke with him is that he’s actually a lobster! Once my sister had friends over and they were playing with our pets. My dad asked if they had seen the lobster yet and gestured toward the kitchen, one of the girls, heading toward the kitchen, asked, “Wait, you have a lobster?” 😀 We had to explain the joke!
Last night I watched the first part of The Two Towers. I liked it and I think we’re finishing it tonight! Did anybody else have a opinion about The Lord of the Rings?
I keep thinking it’s Monday too! Or at least not Sunday.
I like Lord of the Rings. I haven’t seen the movies yet, though. Do you have a favorite book/character?
Emilio Lizardo was a villain in the movie “Buckaroo Bonzai and His Adventures in the 8th Dimension”. I only named the lizard this because he looked like a boy. If it was a she-lizard, then her name is Liz. 🙂
Okay thanks, Dad!!! 😀
I have only read the first two and so far I like the Two Towers best! Legolas is my favorite, Frodo looks like someone I know except she’s a girl, Aragorn is alright, I love Gandalf, Merry and Pippin are cool, Gimli is really funny.
