Cherry Cove (Part One of a Few)

"I'm special and don't you forget it!!" said the bird.

I, by the way, just have to say that I absolutely love the word ‘cove’ it sounds like a hidden place that nobody ever visits! Which, for at least Cherry Cove, does not match the actual place at all!! Cherry is pretty big and usually pretty full. There are lots of coves that aren’t that popular that probably do fit my description, and I plan on visiting!

So we arrived and I scared my dog on accident by jumping overboard! (After I got in my suit!) He thought that I fell, it was actually pretty funny to be down in the water and seeing him jump up on the rail to look down at me!!! I woke up several times early in the morning with just enough time to see the sunrise. I would have taken pictures, but they would not have turned out. It was pretty sunny the days that we were in Cherry. My sisters and I always have loved feeding fish at Catalina and this year the birds came to the party! Which was really cool and the zoom on my camera made a promise to many photo opportunities!

Camp Cherry's little boats!

One of my all time favorites!!!

I love this one's reflection!

Camp Cherry, Home of the Boy Scouts!

We always hang up towels and clothes on the rails!!

Faith and Grace set off to get some kelp!

Around boats it's kind of a given to find loads of rope, clips, and stuff!

It's Summer Time!! In case you didn't already know!

I love this cavern in the rock, the girls went exploring around it, but you can't go in very far!

"Have you forgotten yet?"

If it was possible to eat light, then the reason why this light isn't at Catalina right now would be because I ate it!!
