I was tagged by Sarah, who has an amazing blog! (Her blog is amazing and funny! I’d comment on every blog post if I had the right account stuff. So if you don’t read her blog: you should.) I had to post this tag late because I had such a hard time thinking of a movie or book to pick.
1. If the main villain of your favorite book/movie/TV series showed up on your front doorstep, what would you do? (Explain who it is first…)
Aggh! That’s so tough! There are actors/actresses that I just don’t like, so I consider them to be bad guys when they aren’t. Ok, I’m going to do this the easy way and just pick a movie I like. Here: Captain America. *If I answered the door, which I wouldn’t* I would stare and say, “Uh…No offense, but…Aren’t you dead? Captain America already beat you!”
2. Now supposing the heroes opposite this villain showed up just after your exchange. What would you do then?
Either scream out loud or in my head because of this. Then tell Captain America that he needs to take care of Schmidt again and if he has time afterwards I’d like an autograph.
3. So…moving on, the heroes defeat the villain (with some help from you, of course-whatever it may be. 😉 But the next day, you’re just walking along, minding your own business, when you suddenly come across the same villain…who is now lying in the dust severely wounded and unconscious. What do you do?
I call 911 with my cell phone (Hey, there’s no way Captain America is going to show up at my door, so I can pretend I have a cell phone.) and get some help for him. Then I’d sit by him and wait for the ambulance. If he has any wounds that I know how to take care of, I would. (The thing is–I don’t actually hate this villain, if I’d been asked what I’d do if it was a villain I didn’t like at all… Well, it might be a slightly different story. I’d still help him, but maybe with a little less concern.)
4. Now his minions show up and kidnap both you and him and take you to their universe (or version of your universe, whatever it happens to be.) Your reaction?
Wondering why I helped this guy, I’d ask them why they kidnapped me. (If they weren’t answering, I’d be annoying and ask over and over and over.) I’d be a little mad, I like my universe and I just saved this guy’s life, but mostly: I’d just be annoyed.
5. Your fantastic heroes have arrived to rescue you-but now you’re faced with a choice. The villain, out of gratitude for your earlier help, (assuming you actually did help him when he was wounded) has offered you a chance to travel back to your own universe. However, the heroes warn you not to trust him. The only other way for you to get back home is to travel with the heroes on a long and dangerous journey… and there’s no guarantee that you’ll survive.
What. Do. You. Do.
Dangerous journey? No guarantee of life? No thanks, I’m tired and I just want to go home. I’d make the villain and Captain America come with me for the easy way home so that way I’d have protection I trusted from Captain America. I’d make the villain go because I assume he wouldn’t want to die, so he wouldn’t make our spaceship blow up or whatever. Not because I’d actually trust a villain who just shows up at my house, later kidnaps me, so he can thank me for saving his life by sending me back home again.
Hope you liked this!!! I had a great time thinking about what I’d say or do, so thank you, Sarah for tagging me!!! 😀 I tag anyone who wants to do this and these wonderful people:
I didn’t finish reading it yet, but you have a Captain America tag? 😀 so cool !
Haha, sort of! I picked Captain America… You’ll just have to read it to understand. 😉
haha! love it!
I love what you chose to write about, and how you wrote it was so cool! 😀
By the way, I changed comment settings on my blog, so now “Anonymous” people can post comments, but now I use moderation…just to keep any spam or such things off there. 😉
